Dunwoody or Sandy Springs?
Dunwoody became a city in 2008, and homes inside it are permitted by the city's Community Development Department.
The area people call the Dunwoody Panhandle is actually in the City of Sandy Springs, which issues those permits. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection and handle it either way.
