City of Conyers or Rockdale County?
Homes inside Conyers city limits are permitted by the city's Planning and Inspection Services department. Homes with a Conyers address outside city limits are permitted by Rockdale County.
If your home is in the Conyers Historic District around Olde Town, exterior work can need Historic Preservation Commission approval before a permit is issued. We check first, then file and schedule the inspection.
